Non-Monogamy as Nervous System Work

A body-informed approach to safer CNM

Recurring live webinar · 60–90 min · taught 3× in 2026 · Anyone practicing or curious about CNM

What if the usual debates about non-monogamy, hierarchy, jealousy, ethics, are asking the wrong question? This webinar offers a different lens: your nervous system, your attachment patterns, and what your values actually look like under pressure. You'll leave with a clearer way to tell what's genuinely sustainable for you and the people you love, not just what sounds right on paper.

Shadow Play: Dirty Talk That Heals

In-person workshop · 2 hrs · Adult communities · partnered or solo

We're taught to soothe each other's shame, reassure insecurities, and keep things “positive.” This workshop flips that script: instead of managing your partner's insecurities, you learn to name them together, even find the charge in them. Through guided exercises in attunement and roleplay, vulnerability becomes a source of connection instead of something to protect against. Co-taught with my partner Charley.

The Skill of Attention

Experiential class · 75 min · Singles & couples · no experience needed

Attention is a somatic skill, not just a personality trait. This experiential class explores attunement and the embodied experience of dominance and submission, noticing where relational attention feels activating, pleasurable, challenging, or hard to sustain. Less about performance, more about awareness. Open to singles and couples, no prior experience needed.

Supporting Clients in Consensual Non-Monogamy

A nervous system framework for sustainability

Clinical training · 2.5 hrs · Therapists & clinicians

A clinical training for therapists on working with CNM clients. Moves past communication skills and ethics debates into a mind-body framework grounded in attachment theory, somatic psychology, and systems thinking, so clinicians can assess what a client's nervous system can tolerate, what their life can actually hold, and how their values show up under pressure, rather than relying on ideology alone. Delivered for the East Bay Therapist Community, May 2026.

For people who want to move beyond communication strategies alone and develop a more sustainable, embodied way of practicing consensual non monogamy.

    Grief School for Non-Monogamy

    Workshop · 90 min

Grief is part of the practice, not a failure of it. Grief in non-monogamy is rarely talked about, but it's there from the start. The first grief is usually the loss of monogamy itself, and there's more after that. This workshop is about learning to recognize what your grief actually looks like, how to create ritual space for it, how to talk about it with a partner, and how to honor it instead of pushing past it.
